Totally captures that day trip into the city when the city centre is buzzing!
A different era, 2007, pre Financial Crash, but more so compared with the Glasgow post mid March 2020, often desolate, especially in the evening.During the day most office staff, home working. Tier 3 or 4 rules preventing pubs from opening. No gigs. Football but behind closed doors. Quite a restricted tour city centre wise: was Sauchiehall st., off limits? Vibrant, in your face. that was Glesca!
Thanks Ethel. Re. Sauchiehall Street off limits – there are at least 3 shots. But as you know – Sauchiehall St is sadly going/gone down the tubes.
